How To Set Up as a Food Vendor

Jury meetings will be held on the first and third Monday of each month at 10:00 AM at Bayview Park in Key West.

Thanks for inquiring about selling food at Sunset Celebration. To participate with a food cart you must complete the following steps:

1. Submit an application to the CPS with your proposal and a check for $5.00.
2. Appear before the Participation Committee and present your proposal in person (Complete Setup Guide). There is a $15.00 jury fee.
3. If accepted, obtain a license from either the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants or the Florida Department of Agriculture. 
4. If accepted obtain a tax number from the Florida Department of Revenue.
5. Set up within 30 days of acceptance.

There is a cap on the number of food vendors permitted in the festival each night so check to see if space is available.
